When Will New Game of Thrones‘ Season 8 Epsiode 1 Trailer Release?
In the past, HBO has released a Game of Thrones duo trailer a few months before the last and final season premiered.
And on Feb. 24, the network introduced some unrevealed footage from the last season in a promotional frizzle video featuring looks at Big Little Lies, Veep, His Dark Materials and other 2019 shows. Most of the Game of Thrones scenes in the released teaser were pulled from the show’s 7th season. But if you were paying close attention, you may have noticed that there was a shot of Jon Snow (Kit Harington) hugging Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) that you will witness in final season. In second promotional trailer released by HBO for its 2019 lineup offered yet another sneak peak at Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen’s arrival at Winterfell. HBO launched second trailer during the 2019 Golden Globes.
In short clip Sansa Stark greeting Daenerys with the acceptance, “Winterfell is yours, Your Grace.”
Events so far before final date:
On January 13, HBO launched a brand new teaser to get fans even more excited for the eigthed season. The teaser features cryptic promo that takes place in the Crypts of Winterfell. Fans will be glad to see Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) back together for final season.
On February 2, HBO dripped a teaser within a Bud Light ad with a new quotable line: “The Bud Knight had to die.”
On February 6, HBO released the first official photos from GOT season 8. The stills — which show Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, Cersei Lannister and others — don’t give much away about the plot, but it’s another indication that the final season premier is getting closer.
On February 28, HBO dripped a new collection of character posters featuring each of Westeros’ remaining power players — from Jon Snow to Daenerys Targaryen to Sansa Stark — on the Iron Throne.
When will Games of Thrones Season 8 Premier?

“Game of Thrones, the finest HBO series, is heading into its final season,” Seaon 8 will premier 6 episodes. HBO said in a November press release. “In forecast of the final season, HBO is launching #ForTheThrone, a worldwide marketing campaign that will unwind over the months leading to the final season.”
The campaign kicked off with a backdated video showcasing some of Game of Thrones‘ most iconic scenes.
The casting of the final season is still very much unknown. HBO programming president Casey Bloys told Entertainment Weekly that the network has tightened security to avoid and final season leaks and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau even revealed that the scripts for the cast accepted would “self-destruct.”
“They’re very very uncompromising. It’s reached a whole new level this year,” he said during an interview at Cannes 2018.”

How Many Episodes will be there in Game of Thrones Season 8?
HBO splited the final 13 episodes of Game of Thrones into two short seasons. Season 7 premiered 7 episode and rest 6 will premier in finale season 8. But instead of shortened season, the new episodes will be less than two hours long.
