Why green tea?
No one ever heard that a drink or a tea could be so useful for one’s health. Green tea has so many benefits that it is like a blessing to the human species. It was only Chinese people who understood the importance of this tea for thousands of years, but with time, the whole world now knows its characters which are important for human health.
With a lot of scientific research in Asia and the west, its beneficial nature is now in the publicity and known to all. It helps in:

Heart Disease – Scientists think green tea works on the covering of blood vessels, helping keep them stay comfortable and better able to withstand changes in blood pressure. It may also preserve against the formation of clots, which are the primary cause of heart attacks.
Esophageal Cancer -It can overcome the risk of esophageal cancer, but it is also generally thought to kill cancer cells in indefinite without harming the healthy tissue around them.
Cholesterol – Green tea decreases bad cholesterol in the blood and increases the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol.
Tooth Decay – Green tea contains a chemical antioxidant “catechin” which can kill harmful viruses and bacteria. These bacteria and viruses causes throat infections, dental problems and other dental caries.
How much green tea should you drink?
Taking green tea for weight loss (or taking supplements containing extracts from the tea) is one of the quickest growing segments of the weight loss system. The sales of the tea and supplements including its extracts are growing at an astonishingly fast pace. Why is this the new diet wonder product? It’s because people who have used the commodity can see that it works.

How to drink green tea?
